Albany County Executive Dan McCoy is pulling the plug on electronic cigarettes.
The executive order bans the smoking of e-cigs inside and within 20 feet of all county-owned buildings.
The makers of e-cigs say they don't contain any of the health hazards of traditional tobacco cigarettes but
McCoy and supporters of the ban say the F-D-A hasn't studied e-cigs.
